Clean Path Behavioral Health is honored to be a provider for the Drug Medi – Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC – ODS) in partnership with the Orange County Health Care Agency.

Women who are pregnant or have recently given birth need special care during this time due to the harmful effects drug use can have on the fetus or newborn. If you or a loved one are pregnant and currently struggling with a substance abuse disorder, the expectant mother is at higher risk for complication during pregnancy and other issues such as premature births and/or low birth weight.

Clean Path Behavioral Health’s perinatal substance abuse program serves pregnant women, mother’s in need of re-unification with their child and parenting women who decide to keep their children with them while they under- go treatment. Our program offers new mothers the opportunity to participate in classes to improve their parenting skills, receive education on mental health and share in group sessions to grow and share their experiences with their peers.

Our Perinatal Program is for women who are currently enrolled in Medi-Cal and are pregnant or have recently given birth and provides treatment and support services for women with children, women who need re-unification services and pregnant women who struggle with addictions. Babies under the age of 4 months can remain with their mothers during treatment, if appropriate.
